Here's a blast from the past. I've recently built a new computer and wish to move my old Garritan Libraries like Gofriller Cello and Strad Violin to the new computer. Unfortunately, I've done this once before and thus have run out of new applications (when I attempt to activate the library on my new computer using either the NI Service Center or Native Acces I get the error that the serial number is already registered to another user account - and it is a different e-mail account.) How do I uninstall/deactivate the library from my old computer/account so I can install it on the new?

Thanks,

Rob Weber

This question should be directed to Native instruments, they handle activations and deactivations for their libraries.

Yeah, I figured I would have a better chance of hitting someone with experience with the old Strad and Gofriller here than there. In any case, I've sort of got it working right now by running Service Center and Native Access in parallel, one with each e-mail address. This seems to have successfully activated all the libraries I own. Had to install Service Center off the old CD-ROM, though, as it's no longer available as a download from NI.
