I use Finale for writing bagpipe sheet music and books. To date, I simply print them with Adobe in pdf format and upload them to publish. To publish an ebook like Kindle, if you upload pdf for music, the output is just random letters as there is no way to upload the music fonts (even embedded) Also, you would need to 'lock' the fonts to one page so the music isn't stretched over several pages. You can convert all the Finale files to images, but the output looks pixelated without the crisp look of true type fonts.
Finale DOES output epub format as single documents. And actually reades true in epub readers a page at a time.
The problem: Has anyone done this? Which epub software to use to assemble the Finale epub files?
