Good morning. 

I was testing some finale features and I deleted the shortcuts for laptop into the Simple Entry. The problem is I cannot recovery the default file for laptop. Could oyu please tell me how can I restore the factory datas for the laptop?

Hi Alvaro,

 

This is something we can definitely fix. Use the Submit a Request button above to open a case with us and we should be able to resolve this quickly.
