in addition for example the authorization process for Garritan Personal Orchestra 4 is very convoluted because the instructions for authorization are factually wrong .  When i go to " my account " it shows " download " of GPO 4 and  below that  it shows " Generate Keycard " So i clicked download the GPO4 installer and the download started but when i clicked " Generate Keycard " nothing happened . After some considerable frustration trying to get that authorization card i finally figured out what you really have to do .   Why Mr Garritan have you made this process so convoluted ? In fact I am so frustrated with this Garritan authorization process this may be the last Garritan product i purchase.

Oh, forgot to add that the Garritan authorization process is just about as bad as Steinberg's eLicensing process .  Well, actually their both terrible because they assume that the customer is a crook .

I'm having the same problem. Downloaded CFX lite and no Aria Player in the bundle. Can't seem to find where to download it. Sweetwater's troubleshooting technicians were also super confused about how the Aria Player works and told me I didn't even need it at all and I should just use the simple standalone player. I am also super frustrated with Garritan, they do not allow phone conversations, at least Steinberg has help by phone. I put in a request about 24 hours ago with a questions to Garritan by email and have not heard back from them.
