Gary, that’s a request that goes back at least ten years. If we haven’t seen it yet, I wouldn’t hold my breath. The best I can suggest is that you look for a third-party program, that can add them to a PDF. I know they are out there for Mac, so I can’t imagine Windows doesn’t have one, as well.
