How do you set up Aria Player as a multi in Logic Pro X?

I followed the manual, but I can't solo instruments (so far). It's all or nothing.

Using the Aria Player as a multi in Pro Tools, you put it on an aux track, then route midi channels through it. To solo and/or bounce a track, you Solo-safe the aux, then solo the track. You can bounce out individual stems and start mixing. You have all your HP data, keyswitches, everything works.

I installed Logic Pro X - I’m trying to do the same thing. I can’t find a way to solo a track when using a multi (my JABB bank saved in Finale).

All tracks play always unless you solo one (besides the first one). Then none play. Soloing both the desired track and the "source" track gives all sounds, not just the selected one.

Update - I found out how to do this, and even how to add effects to individual instruments. I wrote a post on it for the Finale blog... meanwhile here's a tut vid

I would be interested to know how you configured and installed your multi.  At present I have to load an individual Aria player for each instrument. When I've tried setting up and using a multi for jazz band, nothing plays other than the track where the multi is loaded.  The documentation that comes with both Logic and JABB doesn't explain this.
