I'm trying recording in Hyperscribe:

I went by your book, set everything right and again and again - no recording.

Clik works, keyboard works, playback of for eg. of chords, while recording, also sounds, but there is no record of played notes.

And the box itself is empty, in the early versions it showed some dots or something.

I've been using Finale since 1997 and never had this problem. The last time I used Hyperscribing it was in version 2012 though.
