For the first time, I am planning to write some Persian music in Finale v26, MacOS Mojave. There is a note articulation called "Tekieh" it show as an open circle/dot in the score. It is more specialized ( or generalized!!) version of grace notes.  They are almost like Grace note that are played on the beat of the note to the right of them, but it is played very very softly. They are also combined to create more ornamentation in Persian Music.  Please see the attached image for examples.

There are three types of that in Persian music:

Type 1: If the open-dot placed between two notes with same pitch, the grace note is a second ( diatonic) higher than the first note.

Type 2: If the open-dot placed on the first note of an inverted seventh, the grace note is a second higher than the first note.

Type 3: If the open-dot placed on the first note of a second interval, the grace note is a third higher than the first note.

My question is:

Question 1) How can I create type 1 Tekieh?

Question 2) How can I program/use the setting in Final v26 to playback these grace notes.

I already know how to have Finale play Grace notes right on the beat using HP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
