I have just purchased CFX Lite to try the sounds of a realistic piano. I've hooked up my MIDI to my computer and I am able to hear sound through Logic Pro X which has CFX Lite on it. However, the sound of the garritan CFX Lite sounds foggy/cloudy/low in volume when I press the keys on my midi device compared to when I click on the virtual keys presented on the software. Clicking on the virtual keys of the CFX gives an amazing sound that I would like to hear, but is not present when I play through my MIDI digital piano. Playing through my MIDI digital piano gives a much more cloudy sound. Also, recording through Logic X gives the same foggy noise. Is there any way to fix this? I would like to record and listen to the high quality sound. This is on MacOS Mojave.
