Finale 2014.5  I have loaded audio track into finale and it the sync works great if I start from the beginning of the song, but if I try to playback from any other location, the audio and the scored finale parts no longer line up.  They are out of sync.   I have to go back to the beginning of the piece to hear it all in sync.  This is very time consuming.  Is there something I'm missing here>

March 2, 2019 Finale v. 26 Mac

I can only add my own similar questions: Although Finale, within my computer, will playback with a scrolling score, I apparently am unable to export a video of this performance (scrolling score and audio playback, in tandem) from the program itself.  Might I be able to export an audio file and sync this up with a visual representation of my score, meaning that this project would entail taking another program dedicated to video playback? or is there some other program to record my screen while Finale plays back my scores? I am reaching out to the Finale User Community to see if any other users have worked on similar projects and have any workflow suggestions, --- all of the above, per suggestions passed on to me.  DMF

Finale won't do screen capture, but you can Google "Screen Capture" and find some programs (not necessarily free) that will let you capture and edit video of your screen.

Be sure to distinguish between capturing a still shot of your screen (a screen shot) and what you want, which is video capture.

I'm not sure how that's a related question, but yes you can only do it with screen capture.  You can use Quicktime 7 which came standard on older macs.  I think Quicktime 10 does it as well.
