I had a windows 10 issue necessitating a reset of Windows 10. I thankfully lost no data files but had to reinstall all other software. Since then Finale, after installing it, will not save anything. I tried opening and saving a file, opening and saving a file with a new name (save as), - nothing. Preferences and other setup operations will not save either. I communicated with Finale's NO-SUPPORT team Monday morning and received a suggestion which did not work.I responded to that message and since then NOTHING! I can't work if I can't save the work - anybody out there able to help?
