I think it's a a great improvement that Finale made the articulations space better, with the new stacking feature and all other feature. But there is one big problem. If you create a score in Finale version 26, and then export the score and open it in an older finale program, or use the legacy notation file. Then the spacing does not work. So if you exported Finale 2012 files, and then open those files, then the spacing is completely incorrect. This makes it so that you can only export musx. files and not mus. files. Would be really great if Finale noticed the spacing and adjusted it accordingly, or that the files stayed the same with the spacing both if you export them as mus. or musx. . Else the new spacing improvements just half-way, sort of.
