More problems with score merger - can't unlink instrument names

Ok I completed my score, and I extracted the parts, all ready to merge parts at the end of my score. SOOOO I use the wonderful score merger. (should be named score messup) After merge, the instrument names are all out of place on the parts....Ok, I move those - lo and behold, they now move in the score, and I cannot find a way to have them independent. In other words, I want to be able to move the instrument names in the part but NOT have it affect the score. I have tried all combinations of "unlink in parts" etc.

Any ideas?

Just curious, why are you merging parts at the end of your score?

Simple - the score is an orchestra score, and I sell it online, so I want to have the parts print out after the score at the end....print as one pdf. it's the way all scores are sold on places like sheetmusiplus.

Forget Scoremerger for this. As you've seen, it messes things up. The best solution is to print the score and parts as PDF files, then combine the PDFs into a single pdf file. I use Adobe Acrobat to do this, but I'm sure there are free pdf programs which can do this as well.
