The user manual for GPO5 is only in the online format. However this is accessible offline too. The installer installs a version of this with the library. This is located in your Program Files folder within Garritan > GPO5 > Personal Orchestra 5 > Help > GPO5. Locate the GPO5.htm file and double-click this to launch main page in your browser.  

Where exactly is this file located?  All I find are assorted folders in JABB3, GIFF, and GPO5 that are for presets, samples, etc.  In the Library under Application Support>Garritan> I see licenses only.

James, since you are on a Mac, go to /Library/Application Support/Garritan. Opening the folder for the corresponding library and, depending on the library, the manual may be a bit different. For JABB3 there will be a .pdf at the top level of the folder. For newer libraries like GPO5, navigate into Help > GPO5 and open the GPO5.htm file with a double-click. This will launch in your default browser and you do not need to be online to navigate through it.
