I'm using finale 25 with the natives VST plugins aria player and garritan and the alterations in volume that I do in the mixer of aria player or in the studio view are not affecting the volume of the instruments when playing. It started this week. I tried to reinstall the soundcard drivers, installed alternatively Asio4All to try with that and even I have reinstalled Finale. No one of these options worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The Mixer in the Aria Player does not affect base volume; it reflects changes you notate in your dynamics. When you change from forte to piano, the channel slider for that instrument will change to reflect that in the Aria Mixer.

 

To set relative base volume values for your various instruments, use the Finale Mixer in the Windows menu (CTRL+SHIFT+M)
