I know it's not the right place, but I've to understand what happens. I've requested makemusic technical support several times, but have received no answers, usually within 2 days I had support. Have any of you experienced my own problem? 

Finale 25.5 Windows 10.

I have, in the past, found them rather responsive (even sometimes on weekends).

 

What is the problem that you need their help with? Can we help here while you wait to hear form Finale Support?

Thank you Adrian Verkouteren! The weird thing is that the status of my requests is "solved" without having received answers from makemusic ... however my problem is given by the message "error code 7 Finale's audio engine failed to load". I have already tried all the solutions proposed on the forum and manual but for now nothing has changed. Probably it may be due to an update of windows 10, but at the last moment I didn't go into this aspect. At this point I have uninstalled Finale and am using both Notion and Gpro 7.

Finale 25.5, Notion 6, Guitar Pro7, Windows 10.

Check your MIDI/Audio > Device Setup > Audio Setup to see what audio driver is listed. A couple of times, when I have changed to a new Finale version, what used to default to DirectSound started to default to ASIO, which didn't work with my system (for Finale). If that is the problem, there is a fix.
