I am a composer of Modern Classical Music.

Till today I have worked for 9 years with MuseScore (on Windows).

As I am getting old (80), I need to have an easier way of orchestration.

My question is:

Can Finale import music written with MuseScore?

Can Finale easily orchestrate a piece written for piano?

Don't know about MuseScore, but Finale does not orchestrate a piece written for piano by itself. You do the orchestration and use Finale to notate your work.
