When we load up Paul's Perfect Piano on the CFX, the pan knob randomly pans all the way to the left. We can't recreate the problem, it seems completely random. Is there a MIDI signal being sent to the software? Is there a way to reset the program? We're using it on a Mac Mini that meets the specs. Thanks!

Hi Steve,

 

I have been testing this on my end and cannot reproduce the issue. Are you using the CFX Player stand-alone application or the plug-in in a DAW when you see the problem?

It's in the standalone application. Maybe it's a MIDI mapping situation. Any way to clear that from the CFX program?

The master pan is controlled by MIDI CC 10, but you cannot turn this off in the player. The information needs to shut off from the source. So, if you have a MIDI keyboard connected, make sure that this is not sending the data unintentionally.

The panning also happens when im using the mouse to "play" the CFX piano in standalone mode without the keyboard playing. I shot a video to show you. Can I upload that to you somewhere to see?
