I've had to unfortunately submit two support issues over the past few days.  In the past there's been a receipt confirmation, but I've had no indication that the issue was received, much less being looked at.   The state of businesses across the globe is uncertain, to be sure, but I don't see any notice on MakeMusic's site that support is ongoing or if it's been suspended.  No mention of the coronavirus at all.  Does anyone know whether support is being offered?  Thank you.
