Does anyone knows is there is a particular way of making Hamonica Tablature. I don't think at this time that there is no harmonica library will all the necessary symbols for Harmonica

There are several variations of Harmonica TAB.

 

I think that you have to be more specific about, which Harmonica TAB you mean, exactly.

 

Could you attach a graphic that shows the layout you mean?

And perhaps an explanation of the meaning of the “all the necessary symbols”. (your own words)

MuseScore says they have a plugin for Harmonica tab. I would go there, rather than expecting Finale to do it.
