I am using 2014.5 Windows version and trying to install the JW Change plug-in. I thought that by going into Windows (C:)>Program Files (x86)>Finale 2014.5>Plug Ins>JW Plug-ins (created folder), moving the file in, and restarting would make it show, but it hasn't. Am I doing something wrong?

It should work the way you have it, but did you download the correct version? from here - Plug-ins for Windows (Finale 2010-2014.5) (NOT the 64-bit version for Finae 25+). And in Preferences > Folders, is it pointing to the correct folder where you have put the plug-in?
