I just purchased Finale V26. While trying to install on my PC (using Windows 10), I received the following error: Setup was unable to create the directory C:\Users\Ginny\AppData\Local|temp\is-PC7PK.tmp. Error 5: Access is denied.
If no one has a suggestion by tomorrow evening, contact Finale Support (Sales?) via the "Submit a request" link above. This is a holiday weekend, so they will probably not be able to respond until Monday.
