Hello, this may have been asked before but I would love if someone could let me know if it is at all possible. Is there anyway I can get a stave to assign more than one instrument either simultaneously or separately to suit color and timbre needs? Example No. 1: I may have 2 staves for French hlHorns in which I would like to use Solo French Horn Sample mimicking a 4 Horn section. However later in the project I may want to use the French Horn ff Overly for possibly a few notes and then switch back to Solo French Horn. Music I have a whole entire stave dedicated to the ff Overlay for just a few notes? Example 2: What if I wish for a the Violin 1 KS stave to have a short Solo Violin KS segment? Is this possible or must I dedicate a stave to this one segment? And wouldn't be possible for them to play simultaneously on 1 stave? Please advise I would really appreciate it.

To do this, you need to place every sample on their own midi channel. for instance with your violin part, the Violin 1 KS on one midi channel and your Solo Violin KS on a different midi channel. The violin 1 KS is the default midi channel assigned to midi channel 1on that staff. When you need to switch to your solo violin KS, you create a text expression where the playback parameter is changing the midi to channel 2. You can make this text expression hidden so it doesn't print. Then you make another text expression to go back to channel 1 after the solo ends.

Thank you very much!

Part 2 to my question is that I have GPO 5 and Garritan Harps installed and unfortunately various keyswitches do not work. For example, the tremolo for strings play as col legno, and none of the Harp harmonic keyswitches playback with harmonics, only an octave up on sustained. What should I do to fix this?
