How can I tell the difference between all the different "scoops", "bends" and "glissandos" in the jazz font articulations library? They all have a different effect on playback. I'm currently using Finale 2011, but will be upgrading to v26 very soon.
You can look through the character font set for the Jazz font. Look through the articulations, that's where you'll find what you're looking for. Each of the different characters is given as name as to what type of effect that articulation will have.
