Have you double checked your midi routing information? Can you post a screenshot of Score Manager showing the midi channels which are being used?

Just my opinion here, but I don't think building a section is worth your time and effort. The results that I've heard over the years with these attempts in my opinion don't sound any better than using the samples of complete sections.

Before I read your reply, I used one of the sections as you stated in your reply. It worked really well for what I wanted. Thanks again for the reply.
