Hi,

New to the Forum, and did a search for this with no success.

I am using one instance of Aria Player Multi in Ableton Live 10 Standard.  As a test, I have 2 instruments loaded in the Player, and routed to the appropriate MIDI channels and audio outputs.

I have set up 2 tracks in Ableton Live, one with the instance of the Aria Player, the second with an external instrument routed to the Aria Player, channel 2, output 3/4.  (This is how I learned how to set up Ableton with Kontakt Player Multi.). It works with the Kontakt player.

The midi notes played on the second track sound with the instrument placed in the second slot in the Aria Player (all good here).  BUT, the effects are not present (the Reverb set in the Aria Player).  It's like the "send" knob in the mixer section for instrument slot #2 in the Aria Player is not affecting the sound of the midi notes being played on track 2.  There is absolutely no reverb effect being sent to the track.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

I figured it out!

I will post the solution tomorrow (actually what I was doing wrong that made it seem like the effects weren't being routed properly.) Just in case anyone is curious or did the same thing I did.

Thanks!

David,

First time user routing Aria Player in Live 10. Any good tutorials on this?
