Customer support could not help me, so I am reaching out to the forum for your assistance. I purchased Garritan Personal Orchestra, but have not got a chance to use it due to the following problem. I am attempting to use GPO5 with Finale PrintMusic 2014. Basically, the GPO5 shows in Sound Map Priorities (I have it on the top of the list), but it is not available as a device in the Score Manager. I followed all of the troubleshooting tips from MakeMusic and had even uninstalled/reinstalled Finale PrintMusic in case the program was installed incorrectly; all with no success. 

I would be grateful to receive some advice from the community and hopefully get this fixed. I just want to compose with tolerable strings!
