Windows 10 Finale 26 I would like to know if it is possible to put a four note voicing say four trumpets Into a saxophone staff say just alto sax one Then delete two notes from the four note voicing not required is there a plug in for this ?? Thanks

JW Staff Polyphony can delete notes (top, bottom...) of chords.

Hi thanks for the reply
I have downloaded JW polyphony
But finding it difficult to import it into finale itself when I downloaded it came up with one file in the file how did the finale icon on it I’m trying to download it into Windows 10 any guidance would be most appreciated very kind regards Martin

Make sure you download the 64 bit version.

Jari's website says this :

To install a plug-in on Windows:

  1. Find out where your plug-ins folder is located by looking in the Edit/Preferences... (Program Options in earlier Finale versions) at the Folders page.
  2. Unzip the the plug-in .fxt file to that folder (or to a subfolder if you want it in a submenu to the Plug-ins menu)
  3. Restart Finale
