Using MAC 10.15.7 with ProTools 2021.7.0

 

I put all three volume sliders up on the plugin screen and as soon as I hit the record button they all slam back to their default level.

This is SO annoying. There is no automation on the track at all. This happens all the time...even on a brand new session.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THIS?????

Did you try adjusting the pro tools mixer the same? This may not be the problem but Aria for some reason in Finale I know follows the mixer settings and maybe doing the same in pro tools.

I tried contacting the company. They don't seem able to help. They are good at trying to place blame everywhere else but on themselves. Unfortunately it seems that the CFX piano plugin is just buggy. Very unfortunate since I really do enjoy the sound quality.

 

Guess I will have to find another alternative.
