Can't add Tr or wavy line to notes from Smart Shapes. Tried multiple docs. Bug?

I do not see the problem either on my Windows machine or my Catalina Mac either with the SMuFL or the Legacy fonts. (Of course playback with SMuFL is a different matter so far.) Are you holding down the T key while you double-click and drag to set the trill?
