Is there anything setting a lyric font, like in Preferences or Document Options.
 
I mean, when I input lyrics, it is already set with a specific font. So I have to change file by file.

I would like to input lyrics with the font I want, not changing any font.

Document menu > Document Options > Fonts > Lyrics

You can have different font settings for Verse, Chorus and Section.

Beware that changing the setting will affect only new lyrics in the document.

Already existing lyrics will not be changed.

 

Since this is in Document Options, this is document specific (not program specific).

To get the new font settings in all new documents, change the font settings in the template you use for new documents.
