version 25.5.0.290  Windows 10

Korg K49 keyboard

When I enter notes sometimes it's like the notes "stick" on. For example, if I enter a C chord then a D chord the C chord shows up with the D chord so it shows all 6 notes. I replaced the usb chord but it didn't help. If I click out of the speedy entry box and then back in it fixes it but I'm now having to do that every note sometimes. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This behaviour has been reported sometimes and I have to deal with it again and again. My solution is to shut down Finale and restart. And when things get really bad I have to switch off the whole computer and restart it. This seems to be one of the mysteriums of Finale. Unfortunately I can not offer any other help.
