I had this problem a few years back, and never really solved it. When I export a vocal & piano piece, the vocal can barely be heard, even though in Finale it plays back correctly. Occasionally the vocal goes in and out - goes from fairly audible to barely there. Since I usually write for SATB plus piano, it doesn't really work for me to use instruments (wind, brass, etc) other than Choir Ahs. Any ideas? 

Finale 26 on a Windows 11 machine. (It also did this on my desktop when it was still Win 10.)

Have you adjusted the levels in the mixer? (Don't use the mixer in Aria, use the mixer in Finale)

Yes, I'm not very tech savvy, so I just used the mixer in Finale.

Update - Finally remembered that I had saved the help desk info on this problem. I'm not sure if all of these steps were necessary, but it worked. In Window/Score Manager, I reassigned one of the voices to something else, then re-reassigned it back to the original Choir Ahs. Then went to MIDI/Audio, Reassign Playback Sounds. That took care of the problem. Wish it didn't recur from time to time, but at least there is a solution.
