lines turned yellow

I have a piece with a repeat, which involves a first and second ending. I wanted to move my 1st and 2nd ending bars up a bit from the staff, but when I did, two strange things happened.

First, the 1st ending turns out to be two two-sided shapes, not one three-sided shape (that looks like a rectangle with the bottom line missing), which I could not select at the same time, which meant that I had to move the two pieces and try to align them again.

Second, both the first and second ending bars turned yellow after being moved. I cannot find any way to make them black again, but they are barely legible now.

It would also be nice to make the little numbers (1. and 2.) bigger and/or bolder, but I can't find any way to do that either.

The behavior of the lines is normal (although not ideal) and requires a little work.

The change of color (to yellow) is a sign that the link between the score and the part has been broken. But don't worry, the lines print in black.

The font and size of the numbers can be changed in Document Options -> Fonts -> Text -> Ending Repeat -> Set Font.

When editing the ending brackets make sure you select all the little squares so they move together. You can re-link to parts and the line will turn black again. You can also change that color (yellow) if you so choose.
