Windows 10 Finale 27.2

Tried setting up a Finale Jazz document using the Setup Wizard as described in Scoring Notes' Fin 27.2 announcement. The resident chord library in this document is a mess - a mish-mash of Arial and Jazzfont, in the same suffix; terrible spacing between characters; missing parentheses (left paren but no right - or is that a new style?). Typing chords directly in the score gives me the "Could not find the chord suffix" message. Surely this can't be the chord library DJ Argue revamped. Sadly, the JazzFont text still looks ugly to me, and Z and 2 are interchangeable. A lowercase JazzFont is not the improvement I was hoping for.

So what am I doing wrong? I'm very curious to see Argue's improvement to that document, as I know he's quite particular about notation based on exchanges we've had.
