I currently use Print music 2014 for windows.

Does print music support “lyrics to song”?  In other words, does it support the capability to take the lyrics of a song and convert to an mp3 file that sounds like people are actually singing?

or do you know of software that does?

thanks!

I've been trying to run Emvoice One from Finale, without resorting to the intermediate step of exporting MIDI from Finale into a DAW.  So far, Emvoice seems to "listen" to Finale playback when trying to learn tempo and time signature changes, but does not "hear" the notes.  Anyone else trying this?

When I have wanted to add VOCALOID voices to a song I have written in Finale, I export the mp3 accompaniment as MIDI and also a complete MIDI file and throw them both into VOCALOID. I trash all the MIDI except the vocals (I only exported them all together to make sure the temp matched that of the mp3 audio) and then import the mp3 accompaniment to VOCALOID to replace those MIDI tracks. Then I work on adding lyrics to the vocals.

I am not recommending VOCALOID as realistic sounding. But as my voice has deteriorated with age, this was preferable for making demos for live performers and fun files to send to family. I include this here on the chance that a similar strategy might be useful for programs similar to VOCALOID. I am anxious to try Emvoice as soon as I reach a point that I need simulated voices with lyrics again.
