I'm using Finale v27.2 for Mac, and I want to know how to quickly implement the following figure?

This is Henle Publishing's Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 (Liszt),This special notation method is adopted. At present, this style can only be done in Finale by narrowing the solid note head size to 0 or turning the solid note head into an empty note head with a plug-in, and then moving the hollow note head to the correct position through the Note position tool.

This is too cumbersome. This operation on Doroco can be implemented directly when entering notes. Do you want to know if Finale can have similar shortcut settings? It is worth mentioning that this score of Henle Publishing House is obviously designed with Finale. I want to know if Finale has the setting to merge solid and hollow note headers directly when typing.

From your description it sounds like you are not familiar with

Utilities menu > Change > Noteheads…

Using the utility is a lot faster than the methods you describe.

As Far As I Know, the answer is ‘no’ - Finale does not (yet) have that feature.

I do not believe that is the case: Dorico pretty much follows the same process of changing the notehead as Finale does.

I’m looking for “special notation” but am not seeing any. Peter and Adrian are giving you the straight scoop.
