that (very useful) plugin it's only graphical (top and bottom note); it doesn't fill them (as it happens in reality) with all the sounding notes that constitutes the cluster...

I haven't used it, but according to the video it will play back all notes correctly. Have you watched the whole video?

Maybe I don't understand what you want. How else would you enter the notes of a cluster? Finale can't guess if you want all whte or black keys, or chromatic segemnts. It seems to me you will always have to input the notes and this plug-in will then save you the work of making graphical representations (while still playing back the notes). I'd find that useful and is really all you can expect.

for instance if the cluster symbol is white in most music means white notes, if it is black means black notes and if it is B&W it means all the notes between the cluster limits... What I am asking for is if there is a way to generate those filling notes automatically instead of putting them manually

but if what I want is now impossible how would you quickly enter a B&W chord manually? possibly without a midi device?

For me it's easiest to use a MIDI keyboard - you can enter as many notes to form a chord/cluster as you have fingers ....

Depends what you mean by “quick.” I rarely use full clusters anymore but when notating an old piece of mine from the 80’s, what I did was to simply depress all the notes I wanted and, after entering the note value and adjusting for accidentals, that was that:

In another part of the same score, I entered the notes en masse, but hid the intervening notes and used a graphic notation (a straight line, in this case) to do the more 20th-century way of notating clusters:

For sure, it’s not a quick thing to do. But it does work. There is a plugin out there that can do it, but I’ve not had occasion to use it (I notated this score probably 10 years ago, long before I knew of that plugin)

TBH, I’ve never used Simple Edit since I started using finale in the early 90’s. Only Speedy Edit. Regardless, there might be a function in JW Polyphony or JW Change that could do what you would like (or perhaps a .lua script) but off the top of my head I don’t know for sure (at this point I have so many plugins from different sources, some of which have many functions, that it’s hard to remember which one does what. That’s a good problem to have but still a problem.). 

I don't find the function I wish neither in JWPolypony or JWChange...
