A custom setting (an amalgam of 21st century and Romantic) but the non playback of the tr and three slashes doesn't work on any of the settings I have tried.
That's what it was: in the Page Format>Score submenu somehow the Staff height self adjusted to some weird number (61. with lots of decimals) instead of 82. I certainly did not change that! I wonder...
