OK, so, unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the problem. I installed my old authorized version of Finale 25 (with Garritan) and I get the same error:

Installed Finale 27 Demo Version and NotePerformer 3 in Windows 11. Finale hangs when trying to load NP's DLLs. When I uninstall NP, Finale loads fine. Very confusing.
