Ok so to answer your questions, I have tried a reboot and I reset my preferences to default.  Finale is ignoring my tempo alterations.  I'm using version 26.3.1.520

I was able to fix the problem. I selected playback through MIDI instead of VST and played through the piece for a few measures. Then I switched back to VST and it worked fine again. It happened aga...
