Now another problem just happened, a soprano part using the treble clef, G, plays back an octave lower. What is going on? I re dowloaded the Garritan files yesterday hoping that would help. Not so.
I have contacted MM and have been working with a person. No help so far and the wait between correspondence takes days. I have tried every way under the sun to open them.
I have uninstalled Finale14 and the results are still the same. Cannot do a thing with the music files, it says there is no application to open them. What if I reinstalled Finale14; maybe the other...
