OT: Unless the tempo is very slow, the passage for clarinet 2 is next to impossible, even if the player has a left hand Eb/Ab key. Best to write it for clarinet in A, or swap with the flute 2 part.

TGTools in Finale 25 works for me. As Peter Thomsen states above, you must have the latest version.
