Clicking that button in no way Guarantees that Support will continue to answer your questions after the initial contact. It shouldn't take Support 2 days to answer an email (and counting)

I am having a difficult time with getting the SLM working. Can anyone give me link to the documentation. I'm not getting timely responses from Support
