Unfortunately, I don't have 2012 to test, but it works in v. 25. My 2008 does weird things with gliss effects. Perhaps this is a 2012 bug?

On the screen shot you provided, I noticed that the [1/2-Tone Pitch Bend Range] was set to [None]. Just click on the edit box for that setting and go from there.
