EXACTLY the same issue with me. Cursor stalls and then skips UP a measure and then BACK a measure. THIS occurs at random! What is going on? Finale user since 1994. Finale latest version.

Completely agree - the removal of the TEMPO tool has made my work in Finale less productive. Bring it back or invent a better solution!
