Never mind. They were in fact under users/public. I had to juggle permissions (as super user) and copy the config data to my user area.

I just installed Notepad 2012 using wine in Ubuntu Studio linux. I also downloaded and installed (or at least it said it installed) the fonts file. When starting Notepad says it cant run the wizard...
