So, It crashed again, after the file was working and I went to edit one of the Audio Units. So, I exported as an xml, opened a new file. It works, but now I have lost all of my percussion map fonts.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it is working so far. If this happens again, I'll try switching the file to an XML and starting new.
