Just fixing the bugs with the midi tool window would be long due. It's been many years with CC scaling not working correctly.
Still waiting for Midi Tools improvements... Besides a fix for the bugs with the CC that would make it usable again. Some of the stuff broken in Finale 2014 still hasn't been fixed.

The midi tool is unusable. They carried the bugs from Finale 25 and added new ones as a bonus.
