Found it. There is more than one Beat Duration = 16 in the scrolling options, the durations are not listed in order. Bit of a design flaw, I'd say.
WTF i just found it. Apparently random scrolling back and forth along the Beat Duration gives different choices. A smart program wouldn't jump from 8ths to 1/2 notes to 16ths to quarters... Thank y...
